A new phenomenon on Instagram has suggested that a "Save Draft" option for photo editing may soon come to Instagram. Towards the end of last month July, some Instagram users began to get the option to save their work as draft after pressing the back button while editing photos in Instagram.

However, when Tech Crunch reached out to the Instagram company, they confirmed that it was just "an experiment for the time being".

We’re always testing new ways to improve the Instagram experience was all an Instagram spokesperson had to say concerning the Save Draft feature.
Even though this might truly be a test and nothing serious, considering the level of joy users exhibited concerning the feature, Instagram might just rethink and decide to fully integrate it into the app. That is left to be seen, after all, all we can do is watch.
